90 days on repairs. 12 months on new equipment.
Straightforward parts-and-labor coverage, backed by a multi-point quality control process. Here are the exact terms.
What is covered, and for how long
| Equipment | Warranty period | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| Serviced equipment | 90 days from the invoice date | All parts and labor related to the previous service performed. |
| New equipment | 12 months from the date of purchase | All parts and labor. |
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other party.
What voids the warranty
Coverage does not apply if any of the following are true:
- The equipment is outside its warranty period.
- There is evidence of user-caused damage.
- The equipment is returned in an opened or tampered condition.
If you are unsure whether a fault falls inside coverage, send it in. We will evaluate it and tell you either way before invoicing anything.
Making a warranty claim
- Call or email us with the scope model, serial number and your original invoice number.
- Describe the fault. Photos or a short video help, but are not required.
- We confirm the shipping address and, if you need one, arrange a loaner from our inventory.
- Ship the scope in unopened. Do not attempt a field repair first — that can void coverage.
- We evaluate and repair. If the fault relates to our prior service and falls inside the window, parts and labor are covered.
The warranty is downstream of the QC
A 90-day parts-and-labor warranty only makes business sense if very few scopes come back. That is the entire reason we run a multi-point inspection with multiple QC checkpoints instead of a quick function check.
Every scope is examined microscopically, tested through a camera head, autoclave-evaluated where applicable, and leak-tested before it ships.
