Flexible Endoscope Repair
Gastroscopes, colonoscopes, bronchoscopes, cystoscopes and more
Learn moreNew Vision Endoscopy is a family-owned repair lab in San Antonio, Texas. We rebuild flexible, rigid, semirigid and specialty scopes to OEM standards — optics, fiber, channels and seals — for hospitals, surgery centers and clinics nationwide.
Ship it in and our technicians evaluate the damage, quote the repair, and tell you exactly what is wrong before any work begins. No surprise invoices.
Scopes we service, every day
Optical and refiber work on your scopes is done in-house — nothing gets sublet to a third party. That is how we hold quality and turnaround at the same time.

Built for GI clinics and ambulatory surgery centers, where a scope going down means cancelled cases — and where the delay is usually the approval cycle, not the repair.
Tell us roughly what you run and we will work out what a plan would look like and what it would cost. No obligation, and no sales call unless you ask for one.
See how plans workPlenty of shops will glue a lens back in and call it a repair. We rebuild the scope. Our in-house optical and refiber labs mean we can replace fiber bundles, re-tube shafts, laser-weld body components and channels, and rebuild lens trains without shipping your scope somewhere else and adding two weeks to the turnaround.
A straightforward process with no black box in the middle. You know what is wrong, what it costs, and when it is coming back.
Call, email or submit the form. We confirm the address and you ship via FedEx, UPS or DHL. Request a loaner at the same time.
Technicians inspect the scope under magnification and identify every fault — including whether it has been modified by a prior vendor. Most rigid and semirigid quotes go out within 24 hours. Flexibles take longer: they have to be opened to be evaluated properly.
Optics, fiber bundles, tubing, channels, seals and distal ends rebuilt in our own labs using high quality, OEM-compatible components.
Multi-point inspection and multiple QC checkpoints, then back to you covered by a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty.
A scope does not leave our lab until it has passed through multiple quality control checkpoints. We inspect optics under a microscope, test image quality through a camera head, run autoclave evaluation where applicable, and leak-test before it ships.
We keep over 400 endoscopes in inventory specifically so your schedule does not stop while a scope is in our lab. Loaners are subject to availability, and once your repaired scope is back in your hands the loaner must be shipped back to us within 7 business days. Many loaner units are also available to purchase outright.
