Do you offer loaners?

We have over 400 endoscopes in our inventory that we offer as loaners while your repair is in-house. They are given upon request/availability only. They must be returned within 7 business days after completion of your repair, or a fee of $25 is added to your invoice for each day it has not been returned thereafter. Most loaners can also be purchased upon request.

How is shipping handled?

We can ship almost anywhere in the world using FedEx, UPS or DHL. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including duties, taxes and fees for international shipments.

What are your payment terms?

We accept checks, wire transfers, PayPal, Zelle or credit card payments (a 3% charge will be added for all PayPal, Zelle or credit card transactions.)



Payment is needed at time of shipment for all SALE items and new customers. We offer “net 30” terms with 3 credit references for repair items, once a good business relationship has been established.
